In an interview I heard someone ask how we might better encourage a person to look more deeply into them self to find out “who they are”. Which is the really the meat of any spiritual message. I might suggest you read a chapter from “Living the Infinite Way” by Joel Goldsmith. The chapter is entitled mediation. I think that if you are not familiar with this author you’ll find his understanding of this human experience is very closely aligned with yours, which is exceptional. Thanks for your unusual and accurate perspective on Spirituality.
