Press Release from The Trance Lady:

New book rejects all diets, shows readers how to “trance-end” overeating
“Forget Diets, Plant Tomatoes: A Metaphoric, Hypnotic Journey to Stop Emotional Eating” by Joanna Cameron shows readers how to fulfill emotional needs by addressing the cause, rather than the result
McLean, Va. – With countless weight-loss books promising results through pie-in-the-sky diets, Joanna Cameron introduces readers to a bold, off-beat new book that deals with the root cause of emotional eating in “Forget Diets, Plant Tomatoes: A Metaphoric, Hypnotic Journey to Stop Emotional Eating” (ISBN 1453722688).
“Diets don’t work over the long-term,” Cameron says. “Diets teach people to obsess about food and feel deprived. As a hypnotherapist, I witness the emotional pain and struggle my clients have with weight issues. I designed a simple seven-step program to stop emotional eating. The weight falls off and stays off.”
With her British accent, Cameron addresses readers’ unconscious minds with free downloadable MP3’s, self-hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), poetry and vivid imagery. By mixing the elements of chakras and balance with an emphasis on living a happy existence, Cameron seeks to reconnect the unconscious to the body-mindful state.
“Let’s face it,” Cameron says, “if you could have lost the weight consciously then you would have already done it. When you stop eating to your heart’s content, you can achieve your heart’s desire. I wrote this book because I have seen the joy and increased self-esteem my clients have when they let go of the weight for good.”
“Forget Diets, Plant Tomatoes: A Metaphoric, Hypnotic Journey to Stop Emotional Eating” is available for sale online at Amazon.com and other channels.

I like the simple ingredients and together it’s a power pack.

I especially like the focus on triggers. At the end of the day, the triggers are where our most important anchors are. Where there are anchors there is potential for amazing action, and we can shape that from a trigger at a time.

Well, I can not not admire that from this woman, I enjoyed from the video with her (thank you:) but I must say that I need to find out more before I come to a method that combines hypnosis. It’s not because that is the problem. I’m just a coward:) Thank you for the review. – bili
