If you are stuck and in pursuit of information that will take you through specific tangible steps to reach your goals, Leap Of Action authored by Beat Schindler is the answer to your prolonged journey.
People find that attaining anything worthwhile in life is not easy. Yes, that is correct because distractions are always present … always at risk of getting in the way of getting things done. Distractions are time guzzlers, sap your energy and prevent focus on what’s truly important in life. Sometimes we get caught up to the extent that we stop growing. But stalled personal growth leads to overthinking, accidents, procrastination, fear, doubt, low self-esteem and freak out moments – to name a few.
Leap Of Action is a road map that helps you break free of distractions and resistances. It is designed to re-energize people, to fully engage them in life once again, and to lead them back to personal growth and development – the natural course of things when what’s preventing it is eliminated.
More than a book, Leap Of Action is a series of exercises designed to vastly enhance peoples’ ability to respond to the many opportunities and challenges they are bound to encounter on their journey. Exercises and action are emphasized because success is not what you know, but what you do with what you know.
According to Beat Schindler, “The first thing that people should understand is that they are in between of two lives – the life they have been given, and the one they are making of it.” Every day everyone decides – consciously or unconsciously – how we are going to use the new day’s time and energy. In this way we are always in the process of transforming what we receive, into what we make of it – for ourselves and for the people around us.
The distractions are many and the demands on our energy are endless. It’s hard to stay focused, remain emotionally stable and be motivated always. Not so with Leap Of Action, says Beat Schindler.

Dear Beat -
We know that distractions are the enemy of success and that focus on the task at hand is the way to go.
But we need to be reminded. Those emails can answered later – that telephone call from your girlfriend can be returned tomorrow – unless it is an emergency.
We pride ourselves as being multi-takers. What happens is we don’t do anything well.
Thanks, Michelle for another great interview.

Great interview Michelle. As for Beat he always makes a lot of sense and very good at teaching. I like and agree when he refers to energy. That is what keeps us going and producing in any field that we take on during the day.
I do have to admit my energy level his highest in the morning for my writing.
Thank you for sharing this interview. I do admire his work.

Debbie, I still have to figure out my best time of day. Right now it is dictated by my daughters happenings… I’ve never been a morning person, but now I’m forced to get up early to get anything done before she gets up. Maybe I’ll learn to use the time wisely.

I recently tried to play tennis, including coaching, and felt my lack of success was down to many years of never playing and not having drilled (by hours of practice) the essential skills into me. I don’t quite grasp your concept of energy, especially the way you describe the differences between top players.
However, I can totally relate to your discussion on distraction and should put your ideas of structuring into practice. I’m certainly not happy with my output!

David, When I think of energy, I really think of being in the moment, 100%….

Distraction is a real killer and even worse, I can’t multitask at all.
I can miss my destination while I drive and think of my business and it happens very often.
